Nicole M. Burns, Esquire

NICOLE M. BURNS is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego and Syracuse University College of Law. Ms. Burns has been practicing law for fifteen years and is a member of the Florida and New York Bar Associations. Prior to joining Tumarkin & Burns, she was a partner with Dash & Burns in Long Island, New York, where she primarily practiced Family Law and Insurance litigation. Ms. Burns has also been employed with the Legal Aid Society of Seminole County and Draper Law Office, in which her practice areas included Family and Landlord/ Tenant Law. Ms. Burns’ practice at Tumarkin & Burns is solely dedicated to Family Law.

Ms. Burns is currently a member of the Central Florida Family Law Inns of Court and is a Guardian Ad Litem. 

Ms. Burns resides in Orlando with her husband and dogs. In her free time, she enjoys music, movies, and fitness. Ms. Burns is a musician and plays clarinet, oboe, and saxophone.
